Sound Familiar?

That's not a you problem. Marketing is hard when you're doing everything else too. In a market like Washington County, where relationships matter more than ad spend, the businesses that show up consistently and authentically are the ones that grow.

That's exactly what Skubo Creative is built for. We start with strategy, build everything from a foundation that actually reflects who you are, and stay in your corner long after the project closes.

Side Effects May Include

Unexpected Clarity

You finally know what your brand stands for and how to say it without second-guessing yourself.

Acute Relief

The mental to-do list of posts you haven't written and emails you meant to send gets dramatically shorter.

Increased Visibility

Consistent, on-voice content that keeps your brand in front of the right people without consuming your evenings.

Chronic Consistency

Your logo, your website, your social media. All saying the same thing. At the same time. Automatically.

Contagious Confidence

You can stop cringing when someone asks for your website link or socials. You start sending them first.

Referral Syndrome

When we can't help you directly, we find three people who can. We focus on Stability, Sustainability, and Success.

What to Expect From Us

Every client is different. Here is what stays the same regardless of scope, budget, or where you're starting from.

Your Marketing Finally Has a Plan

Your marketing finally has a plan and someone handling it. The mental to-do list of posts you haven't written and emails you meant to send gets shorter. You get back to running your business.

We've Worked in This Sector

Nonprofits face constraints like restricted budgets, board approval cycles, donor language, and grant timelines. We ask the right questions upfront because we've been here before.

You Don't Have to Have It All Figured Out

The most common place to start is "I'm not sure what I need." That's fine. The first conversation is specifically for figuring that out together, with no commitment and no pressure to do everything.

A Foundation You Actually Own

Every file, every login, every domain is registered in your name from day one. When the project closes, it's yours outright. No monthly fee to access work or content you already paid for.

One Ally Who Knows Your Business

Skubo handles every project personally, start to finish. There are no account managers and no hand-offs, which means the context you share in the first conversation is still there in the last one.

If We Can't Help, We Find Someone Who Can

Our network in Washington County and the surrounding region is deep. If a need falls outside our scope, we make the introduction. Your mission doesn't stall because we hit a boundary.

How This Works

Every engagement is built around three things: stability, sustainability, and success. Here is how we get there together.

First, We Meet

Conversations are free, low-pressure, and usually over coffee. We hear your goals, your challenges, and your budget. You leave with clarity on where Skubo Creative can help and what the next right step looks like.

Then, We Build

A flat-fee proposal with a clear timeline lands in your inbox. You approve the scope. The work begins. You stay in the loop at every milestone. Two rounds of revisions included. Nothing moves without your sign-off.

Finally, It's Yours

Project closes. Every file delivered. Every account transferred. Built to last and documented well enough that you never have to call us just to update a photo. And we stay in your corner long after that last file lands.

Just A Few Questions Worth Asking

If you've thought it, someone else has asked it. Here are the ones that come up most often, answered as plainly as we can.

What does a typical engagement look like?

A conversation first, usually over coffee or a video call. You get a flat-fee proposal with a clear timeline within 48 hours of that first meeting. Once you approve, work begins. You get updates at every milestone, two rounds of revisions, and a final delivery of every file in a format you can use.

What's different from working with a larger agency?

You work directly with Mike from the first conversation to the final file. No account managers. No hand-offs. No explaining your goals twice to someone who wasn't in the first meeting. The context you share on day one is still there on the last day.

Can't I just handle this myself with AI tools?

You can, and AI tools are genuinely useful for getting something on the page quickly. What they don't do is listen to you for an hour, absorb your story, and hand back something that sounds more like you than you could have written yourself. If you've been using AI tools and the result still feels generic, that's usually why.

We're a nonprofit with a limited budget. Can you help?

Yes. We have a flexible engagement model for nonprofits that makes the work accessible when budgets are tight. We also help identify grants and community programs that can offset project costs. Bring your budget to the first conversation and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

How long does a typical project take?

A simple logo is one to two weeks. A brand framework is one to two weeks. A full website is four to six weeks. Every proposal includes a specific milestone timeline so you know exactly when each phase lands before you commit to anything.

What if I don't know what I need yet?

That's the most common place to start. The first conversation is specifically designed for people who know something isn't working but can't quite name what needs to change. We'll figure it out together. No commitment required to have that conversation.

Questions that are Not Here?
Let's Connect So You can Ask away.

Ready Whenever You Are

If you made it this far, something on this page resonated. Maybe you recognized your business in the problem section. Maybe a service caught your eye. Maybe you're just tired of putting this off and you're finally ready to do something about it.

The conversation costs nothing. There's no pitch, no pressure, and no obligation to move forward. If we're a good fit, we'll build something together that actually sounds like you and works for you. If we're not, we'll tell you honestly and point you toward someone who is. Either way, you leave with more clarity than you came in with.
